Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a large fleet of vehicles ensuring optimal availability and efficiency.
Handle garage operations including coordination with mechanics for vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
Supervise drivers and enforce operational compliance with local regulations.
Implement and monitor fleet management systems and preventive maintenance schedules.
Prepare and maintain reports on fleet performance fuel consumption and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 7 years in a similar role managing large fleets.
Education: in Automobile Engineering.
Proven experience in garage operations and team supervision.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of fleet management systems preventive maintenance and local compliance regulations.
License: Must possess a valid Qatar Light Motor Driving License.
Age: Between 30 and 45 years old.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
