Job Summary
Develop written program goals and objectives to emphasize a clear academic focus.
Initiate a system of formative evaluation for the teaching staff.
Ensure that staff members are aware of evaluation criteria.
Participate in the performance evaluation process and plan for professional development opportunities for all staff under the direct supervision of School Administration.
Lead the identification and selection of school leaders through effective staff development and evaluation programs (i.e. Leadership Development Program Succession Planning).
