Job Summary
Accounting Data Entry Recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Entering invoices (purchases and sales) into the system.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Reviewing and reconciling supplier and customer accounts.
Preparing periodic account statements and sending payment requests.
Bank & Account Reconciliations Preparing and reviewing monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconciling petty cash and expenses.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software like QuickBooks / SAP / Odoo (as applicable).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
