Job Summary

Manage planning and performance of retail portfolio

Own endtoend merchandise and planning processes

Manage Inventory optimization in stock and availability

Align with respective departments to optimize shipping costs and delivery lead times

Manage store replenishment and last mile delivery

Develop range assortment and sales plan for all categories

Prepare OTB and manage budgets

Develop best in class merchandise and planning processes to align with strategic growth objectives of the business

Create monthly quarterly & annual forecasting highlighting variances between actual vs. planned level in sales inventory and markdowns.

Create and maintain optimum balance between sales margin and inventory levels

Support commercial decision making through monitoring the impact of promotions and other events on sales

Ensure alignment with ecommerce team to deliver distinguished experience to customers

Lead merchandise strategy for expansion projects in GCC Africa Asia & Europe

Develop dashboards and unified reporting pack to senior management

Build maintain and govern the data environment tied into business analytics data architecture

Identify customer buying habits & patterns as well customer behavior analysis

Lead coach and grow the planning team

Requirements

Strategic planning skills

Analytical skills and finance proficiency

Experience in budgeting

Strong experience in ERP systems/Power BI

Strong organizational and project management skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities

Detailorientation with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking

Bachelors degree in business administration Finance or related field
