The Digital Transformation Associate will support the planning and of digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation streamline processes and enhance overall business performance through technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital tools data analytics.

What will you do

• Gather and organize data from various sources.
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy.
• Perform basic data analysis and generate reports.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to present findings.
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns in data.
• Support senior analysts with adhoc requests.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and propose digital solutions.
• Support the integration of new technologies and systems.
• Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation projects.

Education & Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. statistics mathematics computer science).
• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel SharePoint).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is mandatory.
• Power Platform experience is a mandatory.
• SQL knowledge a plus
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
