Job Summary
ExaCall a leading software company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Owner with a strong software background to join our team. As a Product Owner you will be responsible for guiding the development and evolution of our software products ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily standup meetings sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Guide the team towards continuous improvement by identifying and removing impediments encouraging collaboration and promoting Agile/Scrum principles and values.
- Act as a servantleader to the team ensuring they have everything they need to succeed including resources tools and information.
- Foster a culture of transparency trust and open communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- Ensure that the team is practicing Agile/Scrum principles and processes correctly and that the team is adhering to the definition of done.
- Promote and facilitate crossfunctional collaboration and teamwork encouraging a sense of ownership and accountability among team members.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the Agile Coach/Project Manager in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update Agile/Scrum documentation including sprint backlogs burndown charts and team metrics.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile/Scrum practices and processes and ensure that the team is continuously learning and improving.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
- 35 years of Experience as a Product Owner.
- Telecommunication Background is a plus.
- Technical Background is a must.
- Scrum Master experience in a software development environment is preferred.
- PMP/ Agile scrum master certified is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication facilitation and coaching skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus.
