Job Summary

Maintain uptodate knowledge of the dynamic real estate market and be wellversed across all products projects and developers within Taskeens inventory

Provide expert guidance to clients regarding real estate properties prime locations and distinctive features based on the clients needs

Engage with potential clients to facilitate the purchase of real estate properties

Thoroughly assess clients preferences and financial capabilities to tailor personalized recommendations

Regularly track deal progress on the CRM platform in accordance with Taskeen s guidelines

Escort interested clients on property viewings

Act as a liaison between the client and the developer through contracting procedures

Ensure adherence to all terms of purchase contracts safeguarding the interests of all parties involved

Preserve ongoing communications with clients postclosing continuing to share product insights with them

Requirements
