Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader with at least 4 years of experience in the real estate industry particularly in property consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals negotiating contracts and building lasting client relationships. With exceptional communication interpersonal and organizational skills you will excel in achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines. A bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is required and fluency in English is essential. Owning a car is preferred. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs conducting market research promoting branded residential properties negotiating transactions and staying uptodate on real estate market trends.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of experience in the real estate industry with a particular emphasis on property consulting.

Proven ability to close deals successfully negotiate contracts and maintain strong client relationships.

Exceptional communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
