Requirements

5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record as a sales manager consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated expertise in managing the whole sales process from strategic planning through to successful closure.
Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
Exceptional skills in mentoring coaching and managing teams.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
