Monitor control and analyze the organizations budget to ensure adherence to financial goals and maintain budgetary discipline across all departments.
Prepare reports for management to provide senior management with insights on financial performance to support decisionmaking.
Collect financial data and prepare budget reports to ensure accurate uptodate financial information is readily available for analysis and reporting.
Review financial performance to identify and address variances between actual and budgeted performance ensuring financial targets are met.
Work Closely with departments to ensure compliance with budgetary limits to foster collaboration across departments ensuring expenditures stay within allocated budgets.
Assist with financial reporting to support accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
35 years of experience in budgeting financial analysis or accounting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of financial principles.
Professional qualifications (e.g. CPA CMA) are a plus.
Budgeting expertise and financial modeling proficiency.
