Demi chef De Partie

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Demi Chef de Partie in the heart of Cairo Egypt! Were looking for a talented and passionate individual to contribute to our kitchens success and delight our guests with exceptional cuisine.

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing highquality dishes for a la carte and buffet menus
• Ensure consistency in food preparation according to our propertys recipes and standards
• Actively share ideas and suggestions to improve our menus and kitchen environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your designated station
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
• Monitor and report food waste and equipment issues promptly
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Participate in menu planning and development sessions
• Mentor and guide junior kitchen staff when necessary
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications :

• 12 years of relevant work experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant particularly in a la carte service
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced highpressure environment
• Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various food preparation techniques
• Indepth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Creativity in dish presentation and plating
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Detailoriented with a focus on consistency and quality
• Enthusiasm for culinary trends and continuous learning
• Basic computer skills for menu planning and inventory management
