Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of products to generate interest and sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and courteous interactions.
Sales and Lead Conversion:
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the companys products services and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in telesales or call center roles is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections professionally.
- Targetdriven with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word Excel).
