- Install configure and maintain Linux servers and workstations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee VMware ESXI hosts VCenter and user accounts to maintain efficient virtualization and user access control.
- Automate Linux system deployment using Ansible and Bash scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on Linux tools and recommend new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with policies and maintain system documentation to support audits and decisionmaking.
- Configure and monitor IBM Storage systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
Develop automation tools with Bash scripts and Python to improve administrative efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in engineering computer science information technology or any related field
- 4 to 5 years of experience on Linux virtualization storage administration
- RHCSA or RHCE Certifications is preferred.
