Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharm ElSheikh Egypt. This role is crucial in supporting the design implementation and evaluation of our organizations learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with a passion for employee growth and organizational development.

  • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design tailored learning solutions
  • Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to ensure efficient delivery of online training
  • Support the creation of engaging instructional materials including elearning modules presentations and training manuals
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed
  • Analyze training effectiveness through various evaluation methods and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in managing the departments budget and resources
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all training initiatives

Qualifications :

 

  • 12 years of experience in learning and development or a related field
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and elearning authoring tools
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
  • Understanding of corporate training best practices
  • Professional certifications in L&D (e.g. CPLP ATD certifications) preferred
  • Egyptian nationality required
