Job Summary
An Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing highlevel administrative support to executives within an organization. This position demands a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational skills discretion and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The primary goal is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team by managing their schedules communications and administrative tasks.

- Experience in administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- undergarde and fresh grade
- Proficient in clerical skills such as organizing filing and data entry
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
