Job Summary

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss projects and gather feedback.
  • Ensure all client requests are communicated and executed effectively.
  • Oversee campaign from briefing to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Art Production and Operations teams.
  • Manage project timelines approvals and budgets.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align designs with client objectives.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation for campaigns.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations ensuring profitability.
  • Manage invoicing payment followups and financial tracking.
  • Maintain organized documentation for projects and approvals.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Work with production teams to verify materials and final quality checks.
  • Follow internal processes from project initiation to final delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling services.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Support business development through client pitches and presentations


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Communications Business or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in account management client servicing or a related role within an advertising branding or marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of advertising branding and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Problemsolving mindset with the ability to handle challenges and provide strategic solutions.
  • Negotiation skills for contract discussions budgeting and financial tracking.
  • A proactive approach to client needs and business growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Understanding of creative processes & production workflows
  • Knowledge of industry trends market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative media and production teams.
