Responsibilities:

• Manage software implementation projects specifically customer onboarding platform migrations and integration projects.
• Clearly define project scopes timelines milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Proactively identify manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Use project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana) effectively to track progress and maintain documentation.
• Prepare accurate project status reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing software projects particularly onboarding and migration projects.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile Scrum Kanban).
• PMP or PMI certification is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (Jira Trello Asana etc..
• Proven ability to lead technical teams effectively.
• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering Information Technology Business or a related field.
