Job Summary:Index is seeking a highly skilledand experienced ERP AP Specialist to join our team in Cairo Egypt. The idealcandidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in ERP systems with afocus on Accounts Payable (AP) processes and specific experience with EpicorERP systems. This role involves managing and optimizing the ERP system toensure efficient and accurate AP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP System Management:
  
• Oversee the implementation customization and maintenance of Epicor ERP systems with a focus on AP modules.
  
• Ensure the ERP system is aligned with business requirements and financial regulations.
  
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate AP processes with other business functions.
  
• Accounts Payable Optimization:
  
• Analyze and improve existing AP processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline AP workflows within the ERP system.
  
• Monitor AP transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  
• Full Cycle Accounts Payable Management:
  
• Verify and process invoices.
  
• Coordinate payments.
  
• Maintain vendor relationships.
  
• Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  
• Ensure accurate financial reporting through reconciliation of accounts.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaboration and Process Improvement:
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
  
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
  
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ERPrelated AP issues.
  
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify and resolve issues.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation for AP processes and ERP system configurations.
  
• Training and Development:
  
• Train and support endusers to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system for AP processes.
  
• Create user manuals training materials and documentation for APrelated ERP functionalities.
  
• Stay updated with the latest ERP technology trends and advancements.
  
• Utilization of Accounting Software:
  
• Utilize accounting software (e.g. SAP) to manage high volumes of transactions efficiently.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in ERP systems with a focus on Accounts Payable.
  
• Proven experience with Epicor ERP systems.
  
• Strong understanding of AP processes and financial regulations.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

PreferredQualifications:

• Certification in Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems.
  
• Experience with ERP system integration and data migration.
  
• Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
