About The Company
Our client was formed in 2004 and was formed to service mainly the HVAC and compressed air industries. Since that time they have expanded to become a dedicated service support to the HVAC industry in both mechanical and electrical areas.
They are now quite established as a sales service and repairer of all types of pumps as well as in the electrical field in Variable speed drives thermal imaging carbon monoxide gas detection and associated controls in car parks and PLC controls for pumps etc.
Safe Access and lifting systems are also areas that they have serviced by designing fabricating and installing onsite and their focus has been to manufacture quality systems to maximize efficient operation and service for our clients
About The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a fulltime Service Technician who is a fitter/ mechanist motor or diesel mechanic or boilermaker to perform the following responsibilities:
- Pump and motor overhauls
- Sewer works
- Bearing replacements
- Rigging of chillers boilers CRAC unit
- Laser alignment
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in one of the roles above
- Cert 3 in Engineering (desirable)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current drivers licence
