Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team and lead our technology strategy and operations. As the CTO you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology infrastructure and driving innovation and digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the companys overall technology strategy in alignment with our business goals and objectives
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance mentoring and support to drive a highperformance culture
Oversee all technology operations including infrastructure networks security and data management
Identify and evaluate new technologies and digital solutions to improve business processes and enhance customer experience
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive innovation and develop new products and services
Ensure the security and integrity of all technology systems and data including disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Manage the technology budget and resources to ensure costeffective and efficient operations
Stay updated on industry trends and developments and make recommendations for continuous improvement and growth
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role preferably in a large global organization
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing technology strategies and driving digital transformation
Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure network security and data management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization
Experience in the investment or finance industry is a plus
