Job Summary
Ecolab is seeking a Sr Accountant II to join our Finance this position you will be responsible for developing financial statements and reports enabling successful monthend closure and reporting.

What You Will Do:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Preparation of financial statements (P&L BS and Statement of Cash Flows).
- Responsible for internal and external audits.
- Carry out monthend closing activities.
- Managing daytoday all GL accounting & addocs activities.
- Responsible for submitting all GAAP reporting requirements for US head office.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations assuring complex schedules are matched with Ecolab policy.
- Reviewing Fixed Assets additions & depreciation.
- Monitor daily cash management issues and liaise with banks when required.
- Prepare cash forecasts and adhoc treasury reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
- 46 years of relevant experience within reputable organizations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
- Strong local tax knowledge.
- Professional certification such as CPA CMA or IFRS are highly desirable.
- Advanced skills in MS excel
- Experience in managing audits.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
