mainly for planning using Primavera / Microsoft Project Manager software and communicating with factories for AMTs and FTBs with creating filling system for NE & MOD Projects.
On a typical day you will:
- Set and control a baseline schedule using Primavera software / Microsoft Project Manager across all Projects and coordinates with Projects managers for allocation of resources to different sites in order to meet Project timeline.
- ensures proper resource allocation to increase profitability of Projects.
- ensures the collection of payments is happening ontime otherwise to send notifications to all Project stakeholders and send letters to customers.
- ensure all letters related to customers delays are sending ontime and documented and all documents archives probably in hard files &in electronics folders.
- Developed the way of Preparing and submitting the extension of time claims &VOs.
- Handing AMTs PUIs & FTBs.
- Handing all Communicating with factories related to after sales.
- Coordinate and consolidate the Installation progress among all Projects Managers and reporting in regular manner.
- Have analysis reports the assigned project Manager / Engineer and sales personnel of each site on timely delivery of material timely completion of site cost control.
- Provides analysis reports of Dept. KPIs to NE Field directors in a regular basis.
- Attend customer meeting with Projects managers to resolve complex issues.
