Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Operate and monitor washing dry cleaning pressing Flatwork ironer and drying machinery including adding chemicals and cleaning lint traps. Identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair spot treatment rewash or discard. Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from the washer dryer or dry cleaning machines and place in clean linen carts. Set dryers to designate times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in load. Remove lint and debris from dryer screens dry cleaning filters and drain trap after each load. Fold cleaned articles into designated size either by hand or using folding machine. Maintain accurate records of items laundered.

Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand sit or walk for an extended time) and taking a handson approach to work (move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Environment Experts to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
