Job Summary
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails wines and nonalcoholic drinks according to recipes and established standards.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations answer questions about drink offerings and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring that all tools glassware and ingredients are readily available.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies ordering as necessary to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations including responsible alcohol service and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely beverage service alongside food orders.
- Create and innovate new cocktail recipes that align with the Greek theme of the restaurant.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology cocktail preparation and beverage pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional guest experiences.
