Job Summary
We are hiring Salon Attendants!
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing clients experience by providing exceptional support to the stylists and ensuring the salon environment is welcoming and wellmaintained. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the salon including client interaction cleanliness and assisting in daily activities. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist them in checking in for their appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon including waiting areas treatment rooms and workstations.
- Assist stylists with various tasks including preparing tools cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Manage appointment bookings and handle phone calls in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all salon products are displayed neatly and are wellstocked.
- Assist in laundry duties including washing and folding towels and capes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge of salon services.
- Promote salon products and services to clients helping to increase sales and client satisfaction.
- Support the team in maintaining health and safety protocols within the salon.
- Previous experience in a salon or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic knowledge of salon services and products.
- Proficient in using salon management software and handling cash transactions.
- Detailoriented with a passion for cleanliness and organization.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Certification in beauty or cosmetology is a plus.
- Applicants must be based in Bahrain.
Salary:
BHD 200 to 250 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
