Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customerfocused Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing transactions handling customer payments and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently handling cash credit card payments and other forms of payment.
Handle customer payments including counting change processing refunds and exchanging currency.
Provide excellent customer service responding to customer inquiries resolving issues and promoting products and services.
Maintain the cash register including counting cash reconciling transactions and reporting any discrepancies.
Follow company policies and procedures including those related to customer service security and cash handling.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Tamil and English previous experience in customerfacing role
Basic math skills including the ability to count cash and process transactions accurately.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to interact with customers and team members.
Attention to detail including the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain the cash register.
