Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled South Indian Cook to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional South Indian dishes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook traditional South Indian dishes including vegetarian and nonvegetarian options.

Plan and create menus that showcase a variety of South Indian cuisine.

Prepare ingredients including chopping slicing and marinating.

Present dishes in an attractive and appetizing manner.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen including cleaning equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a South Indian Cook with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Strong culinary skills including knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and cooking techniques.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
