A specialist PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) in Manchester is seeking a confident and resilient Cover Supervisor to support classroom learning from January.

The Role
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
Maintain a calm and safe learning environment.
Build positive relationships with students who require additional support.
Manage behaviour confidently using school strategies.
Support learning activities and small-group intervention.
Assist with pastoral duties and supervision around the school.
Requirements
Experience working with young people ideally in SEND or PRU settings.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
Patience resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
