Mission

• Manage and grow a portfolio of sellers driving performance through key marketplace levers (promotions visibility ads inventory etc.).

• Provide strategic guidance to help clients reach their business objectives and maximize sales.

• Analyze performance data (sales traffic conversions) to identify growth opportunities.

• Work closely with Marketing Operations and Customer Support to improve account performance.

• Build long-term trust-based relationships that ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

• Implement visibility optimization and advertising strategies to enhance seller results.

• Prepare performance reports with insights recommendations and action plans.

Who you are

• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplaces FMCG or retail.

• Strong commercial analytical interpersonal and relational skills.

• Highly organized results-driven and proactive with strong ownership.

• High English level and fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering or related field.
