Workload: 6 hours per day

Location: Onsite São Paulo

What Youll Do

• Create high-quality social media assets using generative AI tools such as Canva AI Adobe Firefly MidJourney DALLE Gemini and Nano Banana.
• Build and maintain automation workflows for content production scheduling optimization and reporting.
• Assist in developing and structuring content calendars aligned with campaign objectives.
• Test and optimize creative variations using AI insights A/B testing tools and performance data.
• Support in producing visually compelling performance reports and client presentations.
• Collaborate closely with designers copywriters and strategists to ensure automation enhances creativity rather than replaces it.
• Participate in creative R&Dexploring new tools techniques and emerging social formats.

What Were Looking For

• Students from 2nd year onward (Design Marketing Communications Digital Media or related fields).
• Strong design foundation (Adobe Suite Canva Figma; experience with AI tools is a bonus).
• Interest or experience in social media automation tools and creative AI.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese; English proficiency is a strong plus.
• Curiosity for the intersection of design technology and scalable creative systems.
