Key Responsibilities:
- Administer LOA programs including FMLA CFRA PDL ADA Workers Compensation STD and LTD in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Serve as subject-matter expert for LOA FMLA STD and LTD providing guidance and resolving issues
- Ensure accurate application of federal and state leave laws and company policies
- Support organizational mission values performance improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Interact professionally with employees and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
- Maintain punctuality follow organizational policies and contribute positively to team culture
Requirements:
- 2 5 years of hands-on LOA/FMLA administration experience
- Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing leave plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
- Effective communication organization and problem-solving skills
