Job Summary (Application System Analyst Senior)
- Provide application support maintenance and optimization for assigned systems.
- Serve as liaison between end-users operational leaders support resources and vendors.
- Analyze develop test document educate implement and optimize applications and business processes.
- Collaborate with Service Desk to respond to service requests and resolve issues.
- Lead and guide quality assurance and testing initiatives; manage complex integrated testing projects.
- Translate business requirements and workflows into effective application solutions.
- Participate in project implementation including analysis testing documentation and rollout for medium to high complexity software.
- Utilize detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise to ensure effective application implementation with minimal supervision.
- Provide user education and documentation for supported applications.
- Demonstrate strong communication interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Work independently and show self-motivation in a remote environment.
