Job Title: Workday Studio Integration Consultant Payroll Data Validation (12 yrs)

Role Overview:

Seeking a highly experienced Workday Studio Integration Consultant to build a data validation utility supporting ADP Workday Prism payroll history reconciliation. This role ensures accuracy and completeness of historical payroll data loaded into Workday Prism Analytics.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop a Workday Studio based validation utility to retrieve ADP change files via SFTP and perform in-memory comparison against Wage Type Validation Reports.
Implement comparison logic across Pay Group wage type and amount hierarchies to detect source-target discrepancies.
Generate discrepancy reports and configure alerts/notifications for validation failures.
Design the utility without staging tables leveraging efficient in-memory processing within Studio runtime constraints.
Support Phase 2 enhancements such as automated ServiceNow ticket generation and routing discrepancies to appropriate HR/Payroll resolution teams.
Collaborate closely with IT and HR/Payroll teams for issue resolution and ADP coordination.

Required Qualifications:

10 years of experience with Workday integrations specifically Workday Studio.
Strong hands-on expertise with SFTP connectors XSLT transformations document handling.
Understanding of Workday Prism Analytics data loading and publishing.
Proven ability to validate and process large-scale payroll datasets.
Familiarity with ADP payroll structures and change file formats.
Ability to design high-performance solutions within the 4-hour Studio runtime window.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ADP-to-Workday migrations.
Exposure to ServiceNow integrations and automated workflows.
Industry experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
