Opportunity for OB/GYN Physicians To Join Our OB/GYN Hospitalist Practice In Elizabethtown KY

We are pleased to announce that Pediatrix Medical Group has expanded our OBH services to the scenic state of Kentucky. We are seeking board certified experienced OBGYNs to join our OB/GYN Hospitalist practice at Baptist Health Hardin. Ideal candidates will be strong clinicians who work well in teams adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines and provide high quality care.

24/7 In house coverage
Seeking providers with ongoing availability
Collaborate with Neonatology Nursing and other specialties and departments
Have responsibility for: OB triage/admissions/inpatient care/delivery for unassigned patients and private call coverage emergency response for L&D/antepartum/postpartum ER floor consults/care for unassigned GYN emergencies surgical assists at Cesarean sections.
2 hours from Evansville IN and Cincinnati Ohio
Less than 45 minutes South of Louisville KY 2 hours from Nashville TN.

Rate structure: DO NOT ADVERTIZE BILL/PAY RATES WHEN POSTING JOBS OR REACHING OUT TO PROVIDERS

Orientation Hours 50% of standard rate.
(OT over 40 hours/week) Extra-Time standard rate.
Holidays 1.25x
Conversion rates $25K (MD/DO); max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked (see Rules of Engagement for breakdown)

Presentation will be prioritized by Rate Tiers:

Tier 1 (best) below or at $250/hour
Tier 2 - $246-255/hour
Tier 3 - $256-265/hour
$266 will not be accepted

Requirement description :

ALL MUST BE PROVIDED/NOTATED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED

Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN - REQUIRED
Active KY license - REQUIRED
Recent OBGYN clinical experience (within the last 12 months) REQUIRED
Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) REQUIRED
CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained REQUIRED
Rates must follow rate structure REQUIRED
