Job Summary

Summary: Nebraska Heart Hospital is in search of an additional 1-2 FTE CRNAs beginning February 2026 and ongoing. CRNAs with the ability to be flexible with schedules preferred.

Rate caps for submission:

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation $150 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly $300 - Per hour not OT

Holiday $450 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT

Schedule/Availability Requirements: NHH is looking for 1-4 weeks of coverage starting February 2026 and ongoing. Daily Schedule 6:30am-3:30pm

Setting: OR and Cath Lab
FTE: Four Anesthesiologist
EMR - EPIC

Independent based practice model with excellent support from current clinicians.

What are the types of cases and type of supervision Independent based practice. Cases consist mainly of vascular and electrophysiology. All cases are performed independently with no physician supervision.

Is the facility open to an on/off schedule How flexible would they be with coverage dates We are open to an on off schedule but consistently need full weeks of coverage until we hire FTEs.
