Hospital: TriStar StoneCrest Location: Smyrna TN Address: 200 StoneCrest Boulevard Unit Name: PCU Building: Main Cost Center: 630 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 12 Patient Ratios : 4:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 tech for the unit Type of equipment : GE Monitors Nova glucometers Pyxis med dispense Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend Floating policy: In rotation with full time staff and other travelers Patient Experience requirements: AIDET completion of communication board medication teaching Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Trauma III Requested Skill Set: post-cath care including TR band Must have: positive attitude teamwork problem solving Advanced skills needed: care of TR band advanced pulmonary treatments medication titration Procedures performed on unit: none Certifications Required: BLS ACLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Charcoal gray scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
