Define frontend architecture for AEM Sites using React and modern JavaScript standards.
Design and implement reusable React components integrated with AEM templates and HTL (Sightly).
Establish and maintain component libraries and design systems (e.g. Storybook).
Lead integration strategy between React and AEM backend (Sling Models Content Fragments).
Optimize performance (lazy loading code splitting caching dispatcher tuning).
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design across devices.
Implement frontend security best practices (CSP XSS prevention input sanitization).
Collaborate with UX designers backend developers and AEM solution architects.
Define and enforce coding standards conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
Manage build pipelines (Webpack/Vite ) and CI/CD workflows.
Maintain JavaScript dependencies and ensure security through audits and updates.
Document architecture diagrams technical specifications and authoring guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement through POCs new technology evaluations and migration strategies.
Support content authoring teams with best practices and component usage guidance.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery alignment for frontend delivery.
