Qualifications

Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks for refrigeration and HVAC systems
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Electricity with experience diagnosing and resolving system issues
Understanding of HVAC systems and their operation
Relevant technical certifications and/or vocational training in HVACR or a related field
Ability to work in a hybrid model combining on-site engagement with occasional remote work
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
Experience in commercial or critical facility environments is a plus
Commitment to safety standards and compliance with industry regulations
