• Hourly Rate: £12.26 per hour
• Contract: 33 hours per week 3 shifts per week flexibility required no set shifts
• Shifts: 8am - 8pm

Responsibilities as a Care Practitioner:

• Participate in required training to advance your skills
• Support residents with personal care daily routines and engagement in activities
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Promote enriched fulfilling lifestyles tailored to residents’ interests preferences and abilities
• Uphold high standards of care within the home environment
• Collaborate within a flexible team to meet our residents’ diverse needs
