Duties:
- Oversee and manage costs across multiple retail stores to ensure profitability
- Monitor and track store budgets ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and deliver detailed financial analysis and insightful reporting
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to support business planning
- Manage operational expenditure (OPEX) effectively to optimize resources
- Align financial reporting with business strategies to enable data-driven decisions
Education and experience:
- BCom Accounting degree and CIMA qualification
- At least 5 years experience in a finance role within the retail industry
- Strong analytical reporting and forecasting capabilities
