Job Purpose & Overview
TThe Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional will be responsible for driving financial performance management of the Wool Combing division. This role involves preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) variance analysis working capital monitoring and providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams. The position also requires compliance with statutory reporting to the Ministry of Textiles. Preparation of annual Plans & Budgets (P&B). Release standard costs for all SBUs of JST and ensure updation of standard rates in SAP across SBUs. Assist in the preparation of Cost Audit Records for JST in line with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly P&L statements for Wool Combing operations.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis against Budget (P&B) and prior month performance.
- Develop customer-wise and micron-wise P&L reports to assess profitability.
- Separate analysis of captive job vs. market profitability to guide strategic decisions.
2. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
- Analyze Net Working Capital (NWC) and Gross Working Capital (GWC) trends.
- Provide insights on aged inventory and debtors to cross-functional teams.
- Recommend strategies to optimize and lower GWC without impacting operations.
3. Strategic Planning & Value Drivers
- Identify and track key value drivers for Wool Combing operations.
- Prepare Monthly Performance Reports (MPR) with actionable insights for management.
- Support preparation of annual Plans & Budgets (P&B) for the division.
4. Compliance & Statutory Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of textile returns to the Ministry of Textiles.
- Maintain compliance with industry-specific reporting requirements.
