Salary:66200 per annum

Contract:Permanent Full Time

Your week: 36.25 (Monday Friday 9am 5.15pm)

Location:Hybrid - Rushden Milton Keynes PeterboroughBostonand availability to travel between. Minimum 1 day a week

We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to support the Head of Repairs Assets and Growth to lead the business partnering function with the Finance Business Partnering Assets Teamprovidingfinancial insightchallengeand support internal stakeholders.

Snapshot of your role

This role will ensure the delivery of high-quality andtimelyfinancial reporting and analysis whilst managing and developing a team of Finance Business Partners and Assistant Finance Business Partners. The successfulcandidatewill act as a senior link betweenFinanceand the wider business building strong relationships delivering financialinsightand enabling informed decision-making that supportsAmplius strategicobjectivesand ensures financial control and sustainability.

This role covers Rushden Milton Keynes PeterboroughBostonand availability to travel between.

Minimum 1 day a week in one of our offices but as the role requires. Full Team attendance once a month isrequiredgenerallyinPeterborough.

Whatwerelooking for

  • Qualified to CCAB or CIMA

  • Experienced in leading a high performingteam andmanaging and developing finance teams

  • Significant experiencein financial planning analysis and reporting

  • Strong understanding of budget setting forecasting and variance analysis

  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making

  • Technical accounting and financial reporting skills

  • Experience in the housing or not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential
