Systems LLC an affiliate of Chamberlain Group is a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipmentmarketed under the Poweramp DLM and McGuire brands. With manufacturing facilities in Germantown Wisconsin and Malvern Arkansas all products are designed and produced in the USA using lean manufacturing techniques. This is a role within Systems Manufacturing and Production group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) perform simple fitting and/or mechanical type assembly of parts sub-assemblies and related units using a variety of hand tools power tools or equipment and (ii) operate cranes and hoists or lift tables.

Perform simple fitting and/or mechanical type assembly of parts sub-assemblies and related units using a variety of hand tools power tools or equipment

Operate cranes and hoists or lift tables

Perform basic inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards

Identify product defects and report on issues to appropriate personnel

Keep accurate production records/logs etc.

Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

Protect Chamberlain Groups and Systems reputation by keeping information confidential.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reading professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

No minimum education required

No prior experience required

Ability to read tape measure and blueprints

Basic understanding of mechanical concepts/mechanical aptitude

The payrange/rate of pay for this position is $17.30-24.07; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

The pay range for this position is $17.07 - $24.06/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
