Job Summary
Job Description:
Provide the client with ServiceNow development Best-Practices Advice and assist in their implementation
Coding testing implementing maintaining and supporting changes in the application Core system configuration
Deliver ServiceNow development consulting services based on the Clients ServiceNow release plan including all modules implemented by the client
Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules
Identify system deficiencies and improvisation opportunities and recommend solutions
Ensure the latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations
Develop User Stories for ServiceNow releases and ServiceNow Design Documentation
Develop Custom Code for ServiceNow application modules
Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows forms lists business rules UI components web services tables and menus
Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
Create and update Documentation for ServiceNow code and configurations
Work as part of an agile team developing designing and implementing new application modules workflows and catalog requests
Address problems of systems integration compatibility and multiple platforms
Participate in ongoing production support and end user support
