Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population If so our Rehab Team in the Lancaster/Lititiz Area in PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member.
Seeking a PT for PRN status to cover some of our communities in the Lititz and Lancaster areas.
Some of our communities this position can cover are CCRCs (Continous Care Retirement Communities):
Landis Homes Lititz PA
United Zion Lititz PA
Brethren Village Lancaster
Fairmount Homes Ephrata
Garden Spot Village New Holland
Responsibilities
As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- At least 1 year of acute care long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
- Nethealth Experience
