Lone Peak Hospital part of MountainStar Healthcare and HCA Healthcare is seeking a motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join its growing orthopedic spine surgery team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive care alongside a highly experienced spine surgeon in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct clinic visits including patient evaluations follow-ups and post-operative appointments
Assist with surgical procedures as credentialed and appropriate
Perform inpatient rounding admissions and discharges
Collaborate with the surgeon and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient-centered care
Provide patient education and coordinate care planning
Qualifications & Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) degree from an accredited program
Current Utah licensure (or eligibility)
Orthopedic or surgical experience preferred; new graduates with strong interest in spine surgery are encouraged to apply
Excellent clinical judgment teamwork and communication skills
