Your Tasks
- Working closely in a multifunctional Sales Team and with different stakeholders such as SCM & Marketing Controlling and Supply Chain
- Building and maintaining relationships with decision makers customers independently
- Formulating and implementing the national customer strategy as well as concrete initiatives to develop customers
- Realizing revenue market share and profitability targets with focus on maximizing sales
- Listing business drivers distribution handouts and secondary placement
- Executing national and customer-specific marketing activities on- and offline
- Preparing and executing customer meetings and annual meetings together with their Customer Director
- Handling strategic sales topics in project teams
Your Profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- 13 years of experience in Sales Marketing Category Management or a similar field
- Excellent command of English must have
- Czech/Slovak language skills mandatory
- Strong negotiation capabilities with the ability to perform under pressure
- Strategic and analytical mindset combined with strong conceptual thinking
- Confident communication assertiveness and a professional presence
- Team-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with Kantar tools or AI applications is an advantage
- Category B driving license
