What Youll Do:
- Comprehensive Orthodontic Care: Lead and deliver high-quality orthodontic services including open and surgical cases with an average of 50-60 surgical cases per year.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with a dedicated team of 4 Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to ensure an efficient and positive work environment.
- Patient Relationships: Build long-term trusting relationships with patients educate them on treatment options and deliver the best care while treating them like family.
- Practice Growth: Help drive the practices growth by maintaining high standards of care contributing to production goals and building a loyal patient base.

- Total Revenue: $2.3 million annually
- Patient Volume: 50-60 patients per day with 35-40 starts per month
- Offices: 2 locationsOrange Park (built in 1981) and Fleming Island (opened in 2012)
- Technology: 4 iTero scanners 1 CBCT 1 Pan-Ceph combo for advanced orthodontic care
