General Job Description: Promotes The Senior Alliance in the community through education about resources and programs available to older adults adults living with disabilities and caregivers. Works on outreach activities to support successful execution of The Senior Alliance outreach strategy. Implement MI Options outreach plan to increase public awareness and utilization of MI Options program including Medicare Counseling and Person-Centered Options Counseling services. Foster relationships with community partners and leaders. Drafts communications and implements outreach strategies. Works collaboratively with agency staff and external partners on various outreach and strategic assignments. Physical Requirements:Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to lift boxes of paperwork up to 40 pounds. Must be able to drive throughout Wayne County and occasionally outside Wayne County. Duties: - Support the outreach and external relations activities of the agency as directed by Chief Community Impact Officer or designees.

- Produce data charts reports summaries analysis and presentations including both community and team training.
- Maintain assigned databases schedule and attend meetings and make presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Monitor and maintain outreach materials including ordering items with direction from manager.
- Coordinate outreach marketing and advertising requests incoming to and outgoing from The Senior Alliance to ensure branding and program promotion is maintained.
- Coordinate social media and website updates in collaboration with The Senior Alliance marketing firm to ensure timely updates and relevant online presence are maintained.
- Review outreach and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and branding guidelines are maintained.
- Coordinate internal outreach team to create a collaborative cross-agency outreach strategy.
- Work collaboratively with agency employees and external stakeholders on strategic assignments.
- Represent the agency in a professional manner and effectively communicate on behalf of the agency.
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief Community Impact Officer or his/her designee.
