Job Summary
Welcome
As part of the founding team in Gothenburg you will play a key role in building up our presence in Sweden. Together with a small dedicated team you will actively help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market. Youll operate with the freedom and mindset of a startup backed by the expertise and structure of a global company.
What can you expect
- Planand perform inspections at our clients site in Finspång at suppliers in Sweden and across Europe
- Follow up inspection results and actively drive the closure of open findings and non-conformities
- Participate in project and supplier meetings and represent quality and inspection topics
- Ensure accuracy repeatability and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Work in close collaboration with engineering to clarify technical questions and define inspection scope
- Drive process and product validation activities analyze results and document findings in clear structured technical reports
- Be part of the INVENSITY success story: Help building INVENSITYs business in Sweden and work in professional international team
- Share and expand your technical know-how: Get onboarded to global organizations Center of Excellence and collaborate with technical experts in your area
Your profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering Mechatronicsor similar
- 3 years of hands-on inspection experience ideally in Oil & Gas power generation or other complex industrial projects
- Strong understanding of quality requirements and standards for pressure equipment and structures e.g. PED ASME or structural design codes
- Knowledge of SAP PLM2020 or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Exceptionally structured and detail-oriented working style with the ability to drive quality topics in dynamic cross-functional environments
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
- Willingness to travel
- Business fluent in Swedish and English
